Summary - We are looking for an accomplished research leader to drive innovation in Robotics and Embodied Artificial Intelligence. The role involves shaping research strategy, leading multidisciplinary R&D; initiatives, and translating advanced robotics research into practical, AI-powered automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have a PhD, strong research credentials, and expertise in robotics, autonomous systems, and AI-driven technologies.

Responsibilities -

Develop and communicate the research strategy and innovation roadmap for Robotics and Embodied AI, positioning the organization at the forefront of emerging technologies.

Lead multidisciplinary research initiatives involving autonomous systems, robot perception, motion planning, control algorithms, and AI-driven robotics solutions.

Collaborate with global clients and internal stakeholders to translate cutting-edge research into deployable technologies, products, and real-world automation solutions.

Lead, mentor, and inspire researchers, engineers, and scholars while fostering a culture of experimentation, innovation, and continuous professional development.

Drive research publications, patents, technology partnerships, and thought leadership while promoting ethical AI and responsible robotics development.

Requirements -

PhD in Robotics, Computer Science,



Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field focused on robotics or embodied intelligence.

Minimum of 5 years of post-PhD experience in industrial or applied robotics research, with demonstrable research contributions and experience leading teams or strategic R&D; initiatives.

Strong practical expertise in robot perception, motion planning, control systems, reinforcement learning, simulation technologies, and physical robotic platform integration.

Strong publication record in leading AI and robotics journals or conferences, along with contributions to patents, technological innovation, or research commercialization.

Proficiency in Python, C++, and ROS, with exposure to NVIDIA Omniverse Isaac or similar simulation platforms. Knowledge of cloud robotics, edge AI, production-scale autonomous systems, and global client engagement is advantageous.
