Global Transaction Banking Operations - 2 to 12 Years

We are hiring professionals at Analyst, Senior Analyst, and Lead Analyst levels to support and lead transaction banking operations for US regional and commercial banking customers. The roles span payment processing, cash management, treasury services, commercial banking operations, reconciliations, client servicing, regulatory compliance, and process improvement. The level of responsibility will be aligned with the candidate's experience and leadership capabilities.

Location - Chennai / Gurgaon / Pune.

Responsibilities - * Support account opening, maintenance, customer onboarding, and documentation activities for commercial banking customers.

- Process and monitor ACH, wire transfers, SWIFT transactions, loans, deposits, overdrafts, and other transaction banking products.
- Support cash management, treasury services, commercial payments, and related banking operations.
- Perform reconciliations across general ledger, settlement, and suspense accounts, investigate variances, and resolve transaction exceptions.
- Review daily operational reports, including overdraft, DDA, SAV, SDB, and CD reports.
- Respond to client queries, manage escalations, conduct root cause analysis, and coordinate with middle-office and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Support KYC, AML, CIP, sanctions screening, regulatory compliance, audits, and internal control activities.
- Contribute to service reviews, performance reporting, quality assurance, and continuous process improvement.
- Depending on the level, review transaction output, maintain SOPs, coach junior analysts, manage team performance,



and drive operational excellence.
- At senior levels, support capacity planning, business continuity, client onboarding, transformation initiatives, and collaboration with global teams.

Requirements - * Analyst: 2-4 years of experience in commercial banking or banking operations.
- Senior Analyst: 4-7 years of experience in transaction banking, treasury services, cash management, commercial banking operations, payments, or financial services.
- Lead Analyst: 8-12 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years of team leadership experience.
- Hands-on experience with Fiserv, DNA, and AFS Vision.
- Understanding of commercial banking products, payment systems, cash management, treasury services, and transaction processing, aligned with the relevant level.
- Experience with reconciliations, client servicing, operational controls, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience supporting US regional, commercial, corporate, or institutional banking clients is preferred.
- A degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, or a related discipline. An MBA, CA, CFA, or equivalent qualification is preferred for relevant senior positions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Power BI, data analysis tools, and banking workflow platforms are advantageous, particularly for Senior Analyst and Lead Analyst roles.
- Solid communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and leadership skills appropriate to the position.
