JOB DESCRIPTION

Prepare daily and weekly production plans based on customer orders and delivery schedules.
Coordinate with production, purchase, stores, quality, and dispatch departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Monitor production progress and follow up on pending jobs to achieve planned targets.
Check raw material availability and coordinate with the purchase and stores teams to prevent material shortages.
Prepare and maintain production schedules, work orders, and planning reports.
Track work-in-progress (WIP), machine loading, and production output.
Follow up on machining, CNC/VMC operations, turning, milling, drilling, polishing, finishing, and assembly processes, as applicable.
Monitor order status and identify production delays, bottlenecks, and capacity constraints.
Maintain daily production records,



material consumption reports, and delivery status reports.
Coordinate with the quality department to ensure inspection activities are completed as per the production schedule.
Assist in inventory control and maintain optimum material levels.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce production lead time, material wastage, and machine idle time.
Ensure proper documentation and timely updates in ERP systems or Excel-based planning sheets.
