Job Description:
- Review and monitor all export shipments on day-to-day basis.
- Maintain shipment trackers and ensure timely status updates.
- Communicate shipment milestones to CSA teams and intercompany stakeholders.
- Prepare MIS reports and maintain operational records.
- Verify freight and logistics vendor invoices for accuracy.
- Identify billing discrepancies and coordinate resolution with vendors and internal teams.
- Investigate shipment-related complaints within BDP's scope of responsibility.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, KPIs, and customer service standards.

Job Requirements
Experience and Qualifications
- 3-6 years of experience in Export Operations, Freight Forwarding, Logistics & Supply Chain
- Post Graduation preferably in Supply Chain or Logistics by a licensed educational institution
- High standard of computer literacy with Microsoft Office applications and relevant transport management applications.
