- Business Sourcing & Acquisition: Acquire recent LAP customers directly or through channel partners like Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) and real estate intermediaries.
- Sales & Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly disbursement and fee income targets.
