Hiring for Desktop Engineer - Recent Delhi
Must-Have**
1.Strong knowledge of Windows OS (Windows 10/11), antivirus and endpoint security tools and basic understanding of macOS
2.Hands-on experience in hardware & Network troubleshooting (desktops, laptops, printers, scanners)
3.Knowledge of Office 365 / Microsoft 365 troubleshooting
4.Basic networking knowledge (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN) & CISCO IP Phones, Firewall configurations
5. Knowledge of Audio Video Conferencing solutions.
Experience with Active Directory (AD) – user account creation, password reset, group policies
Experience with ticketing tools (e.g., OpenText,ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira, etc.)
Software installation, configuration, and patch management
Remote desktop support tools (AnyDesk, TeamViewer, Remote Desktop)
Understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Service Request, SLA)
Experience on Client Security Solutions.
