Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)
Preferred Experience: Big 4 accounting firms
Budget: Up to ₹90,000 per month for Fresher CAs and ₹75,000 per month for Senior Accountants
Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Financial Analyst with a solid understanding of accounting principles and a willingness to work in a US Accounting environment. Candidates with relevant post-qualification experience, preferably from Big 4 firms, will be preferred. Freshly qualified CAs and experienced Senior Accountants with relevant accounting knowledge may also be considered.
Key Responsibilities
Handle accounting and financial reporting activities in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
Support general ledger accounting, journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end closing activities.
Assist with financial statement preparation and analysis.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records and accounting documentation.
Work on US Accounting processes and adhere to applicable accounting standards and procedures.
Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial data and account balances.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of accounting deliverables.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Qualified Chartered Accountant with 2–3 years of relevant experience.
Prior experience with a Big 4 accounting firm will be an added advantage.
Candidates must be comfortable working in a US Accounting environment.
Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and reconciliations.
Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting systems.
Freshly qualified CAs and experienced Senior Accountants may also be considered based on their relevant skills and experience.
Compensation
Fresher CA: Up to ₹90,000 per month.
Senior Accountant: Up to ₹75,000 per month.
Experienced CA: Compensation as per experience and suitability, within the approved budget.
