2. Store level Recruitment (Cashiers, Sales Associate, Packers)
3. Store level on boarding activity/Exit activity
4. End to End HR Generalist activities like Attendance & Timeoffice Management, Payroll, Employee Grievances etc
5. Salary disbursement coordination
6. Employee Perks Management coordination
7. Store level training coordination and documentation
8. Employee Engagement activity
9. Handling approx. 250 associated which includes on-roll and contractual
