As the CHRO, you'll head the HR function, focusing on people strategies and organisational development. You will handle both Corporate HR and Factory HR.

- Oversee Factory HR & IR.
- Handle Contract Workforce Management.
- Oversee Corporate HR, including Culture, Performance, PMS, Succession Planning, C&B;, HRBP, L&D; and TA.
- Design the Org Structure.
- Lead a large team of 16 folks spread across different cities.
- Be a part of executive leadership, answerable to the Board Members.

A successful candidate in this role meets the following criteria-

- 10-15 years of experience, preferably from manufacturing background
- Expertise in both Corporate HR and Plant HR
