# Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging and structured lessons in Gujarati language and literature tailored to the Gujarat Board syllabus for grades 3 to 8.
- Develop comprehensive lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments that align with educational objectives and student needs.
- Evaluate student progress through regular testing, assignments, and classroom observations to track academic growth.
- Maintain a positive and disciplined classroom atmosphere that promotes respect and effective learning.
- Collaborate with colleagues and administration to support school-wide academic initiatives and curriculum development.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student performance and areas for improvement.

Requirements ### Requirements




- Educational background with a strong foundation in academic Gujarati and language pedagogy.
- Freshers or professionals with up to 2 years of teaching experience are encouraged to apply.
- In-depth knowledge of the Gujarat State Board curriculum and teaching methodologies for primary and upper-primary levels.
- Excellent command of the Gujarati language, including grammar, literature, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage a classroom effectively and engage students of varying learning abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to student success and professional growth.
