Job Description:

Design and develop advanced machine learning deep learning and generative AI solutions to solve complex business problems

Lead endtoend data science projects from problem formulation and data exploration to model deployment and monitoring

Build predictive prescriptive and statistical models to improve operational efficiency and business outcomes

Develop scalable AIML pipelines using Python SQL Spark and cloudbased data platforms

Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into datadriven solutions and actionable insights

Implement feature engineering model optimization and experimentation frameworks to improve model performance

Leverage large language models LLMs RAG architectures and AI agents for enterprise automation and decision support

Create robust data processing workflows for structured semistructured and unstructured data sources

Apply advanced analytics techniques including forecasting classification clustering recommendation systems and NLP

Ensure model governance explainability fairness security and compliance throughout the AI lifecycle

Mentor junior data scientists and provide technical leadership across data science initiatives

Work closely with data engineering and MLOps teams to operationalize models in production environments

Monitor model accuracy drift and business impact implementing continuous improvement strategies

Communicate analytical findings through dashboards reports and executivelevel presentations





Stay current with emerging AI machine learning cloud and data science technologies to drive innovation and best practices
