Key Responsibilities

- Crane Operation: Safely drive and operate mobile hydraulic cranes to lift, move, and position heavy machinery and materials.
- Load Management: Calculate load weights, verify crane capacity, and bind or secure loads properly before moving.
- Pre-Operation Checks: Inspect hydraulic systems, cables, brakes, and outriggers daily to ensure proper function.
- Communication & Coordination: Follow standard hand and verbal signals from riggers, ground operators, and supervisors.
- Maintenance & Logs: Perform basic machine servicing, troubleshoot minor mechanical issues, and update daily activity and maintenance logs.

Requirements & Skills





- License & Certification: Valid Heavy Vehicle (HV/HMV) Driving License and relevant operator certification (such as IESC Hydra Crane Operator standards).
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of load charts, boom radius, safe working load (SWL), and basic hydraulics.
- Physical Fitness: Good hand-eye coordination, physical strength, transparent eyesight, and no color blindness.
- Experience: Generally requires 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience operating mobile cranes or similar material-handling equipment.
