Albemarle is hiring for a Business Systems Analyst-SAP Extended Warehouse Management. This position is hybrid and located in Bangalore.

Position Overview

The Business Systems Analyst (BSA) is responsible for supporting, enhancing, and optimizing enterprise applications and business processes within an assigned functional domain. The BSA serves as a trusted partner to business stakeholders, providing functional expertise, solution analysis, process improvement recommendations, and day-to-day operational support to ensure enterprise systems effectively enable business objectives.

The BSA works closely with business users, the Manager Enterprise Systems, Digital Business Partners, technical teams, and third-party service providers to deliver reliable, efficient, and scalable technology solutions. This role is responsible for analyzing business requirements, identifying process improvement opportunities, coordinating solution delivery, supporting system enhancements, and ensuring the successful adoption of new capabilities.

In addition to operational support responsibilities,



the BSA contributes to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to leverage automation, analytics, AI-enabled capabilities, and process standardization to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and user experience.

Master Data & Governance

- Support warehouse master data governance processes.
- Ensure quality and consistency of warehouse-related master data.
- Maintain and support:
- Warehouse structures
- Storage types and sections
- Activity areas

- - Work centers
- Packaging specifications
- Warehouse process types
- Product and inventory master data

- Partner with business teams to improve master data accuracy and controls.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with stakeholders to analyze warehouse processes and requirements; provide functional support across SAP EWM master data, structures, inbound, outbound, internal movements, inventory, handling units, RF/mobile execution, monitoring, and exceptions; support integrations with S/4HANA MM, PP, QM, SD, TM, automation, devices, and logistics providers; resolve application, process, data, and integration issues; and deliver enhancements through design, testing, deployment, governance, reporting, automation, analytics, and user adoption.

Qualifications

Required

- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science,



Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
- 7+ years of experience supporting enterprise applications and business processes aligned to the domain area for this position.

- 8+ years of business systems analysis, supply chain, warehouse management, or SAP experience.
- Experience supporting warehouse operations in manufacturing, distribution, or logistics environments.
- SAP S/4HANA Embedded EWM experience.

- 3 full lifecycle SAP EWM implementations.

- Experience integrating EWM with TM, QM, PP, and SD.
- SAP EWM certification.
- Expert knowledge of the warehouse transaction monitor

- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
- Experience supporting system enhancements, projects, or technology implementations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
