Job Description:

- Experience in of application engineering support, technical support to domestic and global users.
- Strong technical background in technical support handling Tier 2 and Tier 3 issue resolution - includes code understanding and debugging if needed.
- Know to problem solving mechanisms, Root Cause Analysis methods
- Good troubleshooting and analysis skills. Keep track of all ongoing tickets and achieve SLAs.
- Basic understanding on how to perform Communication traces analysis. Protocol worked on CAN, J1939, UDS and XCP etc.
- Read Logs, handling mobile application support would be added advantage.
- Working in automotive domain would be added advantage.




- Experience of working in geographically distributed and culturally diverse workgroups with solid team play and collaborative skills
- Computer Programming languages like Android Programming, Java and Scripting languages, PL/SQL or basic programming will be added advantage.
- Experience with projects in multiple technologies and functions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in representing data in form of reports/charts.
- Good to have experience in supporting software application on different OS windows/ mobile OS and apps on Android and iOS.
