- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in Thermal Power Plant projects is mandatory.
- Strong experience in civil construction, site supervision, execution, and project coordination.
- Hands-on exposure to RCC, structural steel, industrial buildings, foundations, and infrastructure works.
- Knowledge of project planning, quality assurance, safety practices, and contractor management.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
- Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project monitoring tools.
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to work at Jharsuguda location and handle site-based responsibilities.

Key Competencies:





- Lead and supervise all civil construction activities within the thermal power plant project/site.
- Monitor execution of civil works including foundations, buildings, chimneys, cooling towers, roads, drains, and structural works.
- Ensure project execution as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and cross-functional teams for timely project completion.
- Review construction schedules, progress reports, and resource planning to achieve project milestones.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with statutory and environmental requirements.
- Manage material planning, vendor coordination, billing certification, and cost control activities.
- Resolve site-related technical issues and provide engineering support during project execution.
- Ensure adherence to HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards across all civil activities.
- Maintain project documentation, measurements, quality records, and progress reports
