Salary: ₹18,000 to ₹25,000 per month, as per experience

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle customer enquiries and queries • Attend customer complaints related to laptop repairing and services • Handle incoming customer calls and walk in customers • Coordinate with technicians for repair updates and complaint resolution • Provide customers with repair status and service updates • Maintain customer records and follow up on pending complaints • Ensure professional communication and customer satisfaction

REQUIREMENTS





• Good communication and customer handling skills • Basic computer knowledge • Polite, patient and responsible attitude • Previous customer support experience preferred • Freshers with positive communication skills can also apply

IMPORTANT

This is a full time office job at our laptop repairing center in Kharadi, Pune. Work from home is not available.
