1. Job Purpose
To lead end-to-end restaurant project development, ensuring timely store openings, budget control, quality
standards, statutory compliance, and alignment with business expansion objectives.
2. Key Responsibilities

- Project Planning & Execution: Manage project timelines, current store openings, execution, and timely

completion.
- Design & Technical Coordination: Oversee layouts, civil, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, kitchen, façade,

and other technical requirements.
- Budget & Cost Management: Prepare project budgets, monitor expenditure, negotiate costs, and

ensure budget adherence.
- Vendor & Site Management: Manage contractors, vendor selection, work allocation, site progress,

quality, and equipment installation.
- Team & Stakeholder Management: Lead the Projects team and coordinate with internal

departments and external stakeholders.
- Leasing & Documentation: Oversee lease documentation, landlord coordination, lease renewals,





and compliance with lease terms.
- Licensing & Compliance: Ensure timely completion and renewal of applicable licences, statutory

approvals, registrations, and regulatory requirements.
- Asset Management & Handover: Monitor asset procurement, movement, installation,

commissioning, and complete handover to Operations.
- MIS & Reporting: Maintain project dashboards and report progress, budgets, risks, delays, and

performance to senior management.
3. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- At least 95% of projects opened within approved timelines.
- Adherence to project budgets and quality standards.
- Timely completion of licences, approvals, and lease documentation.
- Effective vendor, asset, and team management.
- Timely project handover and accurate MIS reporting.
