PrimeTalentBridge is seeking an Executive with insurance billing experience for a multinational client. Candidates with direct Group Insurance billing experience are strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Process Group Insurance billing transactions.
- Review billing information for accuracy.
- Reconcile billing-related information where applicable.
- Investigate billing discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate transaction records.
- Follow established processing procedures.
- Achieve required quality and productivity targets.
- Support reporting and reconciliation activities.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Approximately 1–2 years of BPO/operations experience preferred.
- Group Insurance billing experience highly desirable.
- Other insurance billing experience may also be considered.
- Financial or accounting background is advantageous.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills preferred.
- Robust numerical and analytical ability.
- Excellent attention to detail.
