Hiring for Java Struts Developer -- Pune
Required Technical Skill Set:

- Core Java (Java 8/11)
- Apache Struts Framework (Struts 1.x / 2.x) ,JSP, Servlets ,Spring Framework
- Hibernate / JPA
- SQL (Oracle / SQL Server / DB2)
- HTML, JavaScript, JQuery
- REST/SOAP Web Services , Git, Maven

Must-Have Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Core Java and J2EE technologies.
- Experience in developing and maintaining enterprise applications using Apache Struts.
- Good understanding of MVC architecture, JSP, Servlets, and web application design patterns.
- Experience with Spring Framework, Hibernate, and REST APIs.
- Robust database knowledge with SQL query optimization.
- Experience with version control tools such as Git.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Good-to-Have
- Microservices architecture
- Spring Boot
- ReactJS / Angular
- CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
- Cloud exposure (Azure/AWS)
