Job Description:

Enterprise applications, IT systems, APIs, integrations, databases, cloud platforms

SDLC and technology implementation methodologies

Active, hands-on use of up-to-date AI tools, plus working knowledge of GenAI, LLMs, AI agents, RAG, prompt engineering and automation

Agile, Scrum, Waterfall or hybrid delivery, including sprint/release planning and ceremonies

Scope, timeline, resource and budget control

Risk and issue management, change management, escalations

Requirements gathering and translating it into functional and technical specs

BRDs/FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, process mapping, SOPs

Test/UAT planning, defect tracking, sign-offs, go-live and hypercare support

RAID logs, dashboards, executive-ready presentations

Managing vendor deliverables, SLAs, SOWs and commercials

Solution and vendor evaluation, business cases, technology roadmaps





Coordinating with senior leaders, business teams, technical teams and consultants

Information security, data privacy, access controls, business continuity and audit requirements

AI governance, model limitations and responsible AI practices

Defining and tracking benefits and success metrics for AI/automation initiatives

Microsoft 365, especially PowerPoint and Excel (essential)

Jira, Asana, Trello, Monday.com or Notion (advantage)

Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills

Structured, analytical, proactive, detail-oriented and execution-focused

Strong ownership, responsiveness and comfort with senior stakeholders

Ability to juggle multiple priorities
