Job Location – Ahmedabad

Job Profile -

· Responsible for calling leads for admission and following the process of updating the status

· Responsible for making outbound calls and regular follow up on leads assigned

· Build a strong relationship/trust with students by understanding their requirements

· Explaining the course in detail, understanding the student requirements,



and encouraging them to enroll in the course

· Coordination with the faculties and scheduling of sessions, sending the schedules to students and faculties, raising invoices, and following the system defined. - Maintaining MIS and cost sheets as per the process.

· Address all the issues/grievances of students and provide the right guidance

· Capture the insights from students interactions and share them with the internal team in order to help with marketing and reaching out to major audiences.

Mandatory Skill and Competencies required -

· Presentable

· Student Orientation/ counselling

· English language communication skills (written and verbal)

· Basic computer skills like MS Excel, Word, google meet and google sheets.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
