Job Description:

Suganda Aroma Farms & Estates (SAFE) is looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals for Business Development.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Identify and approach potential customers for the company's real estate, farmland, and plantation projects.

- Generate customer leads through direct marketing, personal networking, and field visits.

- Explain company projects and benefits to interested customers.

- Recruit and onboard new Advisers to expand the business network.

- Build and maintain good relationships with customers and Advisers.

- Follow up with potential customers and support business development activities.

- Achieve customer acquisition and Adviser recruitment targets.

Requirements:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Interest in sales, marketing, and business development.

- Willingness to meet customers directly and work in the field.

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
