Designation: Jewellery Advisor

Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Jewellery Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist customers in selecting jewellery based on their preferences, budget, and occasions while delivering an exceptional shopping experience. The role involves product presentation, customer relationship management, achieving sales targets, and maintaining showroom standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and understand their jewellery requirements, preferences, occasions, and budgets.
- Recommend suitable jewellery designs, collections, and products based on customer needs.
- Explain jewellery specifications, including gold purity, diamond quality, gemstones, weight, making charges, pricing, and applicable certifications.
- Demonstrate product features and educate customers about jewellery care and maintenance.
- Achieve individual and showroom sales targets through effective selling and upselling techniques.
- Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases and referrals.
- Maintain accurate product information, pricing details, customer records, and sales transactions.
- Ensure the safe handling, display, and storage of jewellery in accordance with showroom policies.
- Maintain attractive product displays and ensure the showroom remains clean and well-organized.
- Follow company policies regarding billing, discounts, returns, exchanges, and customer verification.
- Coordinate with the inventory, billing, and store management teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Follow up with prospective customers regarding enquiries, new collections, offers, and special orders.
- Stay updated on jewellery trends,



new collections, market developments, and competitor offerings.

- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with POS or billing systems.
- Ability to work in a target-driven retail environment.

Educational Qualification & Experience

- Minimum qualification: 12th pass; graduation in any discipline is preferred.
- Previous experience in jewellery retail, luxury retail, or customer-facing sales is preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn may also apply.
- Knowledge of gold purity, diamond grading, gemstones, and jewellery certifications will be an advantage.

- Achievement of individual sales targets.
- Conversion rate of customer enquiries into sales.
- Average transaction value and revenue generated.
- Upselling and cross-selling performance.
- Customer satisfaction and repeat customer rate.
- Accuracy in billing and product handling.
- Compliance with showroom policies and service standards.

Working Conditions

- Work from the jewellery showroom or retail outlet.
- Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and during festive or peak sales periods.
- Adherence to company grooming, security, and customer service standards.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
