Job Description

CredenTek Software & Consultancy Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our growing team in Pune (Baner). This is an exciting opportunity to work on banking and financial technology applications, where you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business stakeholders and development teams.

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for eliciting, analyzing, and documenting complex business requirements from banking clients. Your expertise in process design and functional specifications will drive the creation of detailed FSDs, approach documents, prototypes, and process flows. You will manage the entire requirements lifecycle from initial discovery through to scope finalization, and provide knowledge transfer to development and testing teams.

The role offers significant exposure to banking domain projects, with opportunities to interact directly with clients, conduct functional reviews, perform user acceptance testing, and deliver product demonstrations. You will collaborate closely with Project Managers on effort estimation and work within a team-oriented environment that values analytical thinking and clear communication. This position requires flexibility, including potential client-mandated travel and a Saturday rotation schedule (2 Saturdays working, 2 Saturdays off).

Requirements

- Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with an IT company and demonstrated exposure to banking domain projects
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Engineering or Finance
- Mandatory banking domain knowledge with a strong understanding of banking applications and processes




- Strong expertise in requirement analysis, business process design, and creation of comprehensive business requirement documents (BRD) and functional requirement documents (FRD)
- Proficiency in preparing functional specification documents (FSDs), approach documents, and technical approach papers
- Hands-on experience with wireframing, prototyping, and process flow documentation
- Demonstrated ability in scope finalization, user acceptance testing (UAT), and functional review processes
- Experience working with development and testing teams, including knowledge transfer and support
- Robust collaboration skills to assist with effort estimation and project planning
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Knowledge of remittance domain is preferred but not mandatory
- CBAP™ (Certified Business Analysis Professional) certification is an added advantage
- Willingness to travel as per client requirements
- Full-time availability with a minimum 1-year service commitment on company payroll
- Availability to work Monday to Saturday with alternate Saturday rotation (2 Saturdays working, 2 Saturdays off)

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
