Sales & Conversion

- Follow up quickly on all recent leads (walk-ins, calls, WhatsApp, Instagram) and convert them into memberships or PT packages

- Convert existing members into PT clients through consultations, trial sessions and regular follow-ups

- Book consultations and assessments with the right trainer

- Follow up on PT packages close to expiry and drive renewals

- Meet monthly PT sales targets

Payments & Accounts

- Track all PT and membership payments, including pending dues and instalments
- Record every sale and payment in the gym system on the same day
- Maintain daily and monthly sales records and reconcile them with cash and card collections - Follow up with trainers on payments from their clients and any outstanding amounts

Pay: From ₹45,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
