- Instructional Support: Review coursework, run small-group or one-on-one sessions, and help students who need extra accommodation.
- Classroom Management: Set up lesson materials, organize equipment, and monitor student behavior during classes, lunch, or recess.
- Administration: Track attendance, calculate or record grades, and assist with progress reports.
- Specialized Care: Support students with special educational needs (SEND), IEP goals, or language barriers (such as ESL/ELL). [1, 2, 3]

Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: Typically requires at least a high school diploma or equivalent; higher-level or university TAs often need an associate or bachelor's degree.
- Skills: Solid communication, active listening, patience, adaptability, and basic computer proficiency.
