We are looking for an experienced and well-mannered Steward to join our team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working in a skilled restaurant, hotel, café, or hospitality environment and should understand professional standards of guest service.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests in a polite and professional manner.
- Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining and service areas.
- Set up and clear tables as required.
- Ensure guests receive prompt and courteous service.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and other team members for smooth service.
- Handle guest requests and basic concerns professionally.
- Follow all company standards for grooming, hygiene, discipline, and service.
- Support the team with day-to-day restaurant operations.
Requirements
- Prior experience as a Steward in a professional hospitality environment is required.
- Experience in a hotel, restaurant, café, resort, or similar establishment preferred.
- Well-mannered, polite, and respectful towards guests and colleagues.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional attitude and presentable appearance.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Responsible, punctual, and disciplined.
- Willingness to learn and follow established service standards.
