About the role
This role focuses on evening and weekend dispatch coverage at our EF center. The Captain will help ensure orders are handed over on time during peak periods and provide clear shift handovers to the next operations team.
Responsibilities
- Manage courier pickup schedules during evening and weekend shifts.
- Monitor orders nearing dispatch cutoff and coordinate priority handling.
- Resolve pickup exceptions with courier partners in real time.
- Keep accurate shift logs and communicate unresolved issues at handover.
- Support the team during high-volume periods and promotional events.
Requirements
- Prior experience in fast-paced operations is preferred.
- Willingness to work the stated evening and weekend schedule.
- Able to make timely decisions and communicate clearly under pressure.
Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
