Job Responsibilities
- Develop and expand the PCD (Propaganda Cum Distribution) business for injectable pharmaceutical products.
- Identify and appoint current PCD distributors, franchise partners, stockists and pharma associates.
- Generate business through new client acquisition and maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Promote injectable products such as dry injections, liquid injections, vials, ampoules and other sterile products.
- Explain product range, pricing, monopoly rights (where applicable), promotional schemes and business opportunities to prospective franchise partners.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and increase market coverage.
- Handle inquiries, prepare quotations and follow up on orders and payments.
- Coordinate with the dispatch, accounts and logistics teams for timely order processing and delivery.
- Conduct market research and monitor competitors' products and pricing.
- Maintain client databases, sales reports and follow-up records.
Required Qualifications
- Education: B.Pharm, D.Pharm, B.Sc or any graduate; pharma sales experience preferred.
- Experience: 1–5 years in PCD Pharma Sales / Injectable Sales / Business Development.
- Skills: Communication, negotiation, client handling, lead generation and sales closing.
- Knowledge of injectable and sterile pharmaceutical products is preferred.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, if required.

Preferred Candidate: Candidates with an existing network of PCD distributors and experience in injectable product sales.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
