No Cap Creative is a full-service creative and digital marketing agency working with brands across multiple industries. We're looking for an organised, proactive leader who can take ownership of our day-to-day operations and ensure our team, clients and projects run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

- Agency Operations: Manage daily workflows, schedules, priorities and project execution.
- Team Management: Coordinate the content, social media, design, video editing and production teams. Assign tasks and track deadlines.
- Client Management: Handle client communication, feedback, approvals and follow-ups.
- Shoot Planning: Plan shoot dates, coordinate logistics and direct shoots when required.
- Content Management: Oversee content calendars, scripting, shooting, editing, approvals and posting.
- Project Management: Track deliverables, resolve bottlenecks and ensure projects are completed on time.
- Quality Control: Ensure deliverables meet client requirements and agency standards.
- Reporting: Keep founders updated on project progress, team performance and client concerns.

What We're Looking For

- Robust leadership, communication and organisational skills.
- Experience managing teams,



clients or multiple projects.
- Understanding of social media, content creation and digital marketing workflows.
- Ability to prioritise tasks, manage deadlines and solve problems independently.
- A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Someone who takes initiative instead of waiting for instructions.

What Success Looks Like

You'll keep the team aligned, clients informed, shoots organised and projects moving. You'll identify problems early, take ownership of solutions and help the agency run more efficiently.

This isn't just a coordination role. We're looking for someone who can take charge of execution and keep things moving.

Job Details

- Salary: ₹20,000–₹30,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
- Working Days: Monday–Saturday
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM–6:30 PM
- Work Mode: In-office, Rishi Nagar, Ludhiana
- Paid Leave: 1 day per month
- Notice Period: 1 month
