Job Description

Triplanza is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales Executive to handle travel inquiries, convert leads into bookings, and help customers choose the right tour package.

The candidate should have good communication skills, confidence in speaking with customers, and a strong interest in travel and tourism.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, website and other lead sources
- Understand customer travel requirements, budget, dates and preferences
- Explain tour packages, itineraries, hotels, transportation and inclusions clearly
- Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into confirmed bookings
- Prepare and share quotations and customized travel packages
- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups and bookings
- Coordinate with the operations team after booking confirmation
- Build strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat bookings and referrals
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
- Follow up on pending payments and booking confirmations
- Provide professional pre-sales and after-sales support

Skills Required

- Good communication and convincing skills




- Strong sales and customer-handling ability
- Comfortable communicating through calls and WhatsApp
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to understand customer requirements
- Good follow-up and negotiation skills
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset
- Basic knowledge of Indian travel destinations will be an advantage

Preferred Candidate

- Experience in Travel Sales / Tourism / Hospitality / Telecalling / Customer Sales is preferred
- Freshers with strong communication and sales skills can also apply
- Candidates familiar with Uttarakhand destinations, Char Dham, Kedarnath, Mussoorie, Rishikesh and holiday packages will be preferred
