- Processing and packing daily customer orders.
- Managing inventory and updating stock records.
- Updating product details and inventory on Shopify.
- Coordinating with courier partners for order dispatch and deliveries.
- Checking jewellery pieces and ensuring proper packaging before dispatch.
- Maintaining basic inventory and order records using Excel or Google Sheets.
- Assisting with product uploads and other routine e-commerce tasks.
- Helping prepare stock for exhibitions and pop-up events when required.
