- Curriculum Planning & Implementation
- Ensure effective implementation of the prescribed CBSE/NCERT curriculum across all grades.
- Assist in yearly plans, term-wise plans and subject-wise academic planners.
- Identify for interdisciplinary, project-based and activity-based and experiential learning possibilities.
- Facilitate the implementation of enrichment activities , competency-based teaching and learning.
- Guide teachers in preparing competency-based question papers and assessment tasks, along with reviewing Q.P. for quality and syllabus.
- Support staff committees in improving the learning and social setting for students.
Education & Professional Qualification
Postgraduate degree in Science.
B.Ed. or equivalent professional qualification.
Strong knowledge of CBSE curriculum, assessments, NEP and school academic processes.
Positive proficiency in technology and digital academic tools.
