Job Description
We are looking for motivated and result-oriented Inside Sales Executives to join our growing sales team.
Your primary responsibility will be to convert prospective customers into paying clients through professional communication, consultations, and effective follow-ups.
This is a dedicated new customer acquisition role. Once a customer makes their first payment, they are transferred to our Customer Success team for ongoing support and relationship management.
You will focus entirely on acquiring new customers and closing sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with prospective customers via phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Understand customer needs and explain our services clearly and professionally.
- Convert interested prospects into paying customers.
- Follow up with potential customers and handle sales objections.
- Achieve monthly new customer acquisition and sales revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate lead and sales records in the CRM system.
- Ensure successful collection of the initial customer payment.
- Transfer newly acquired customers to the Customer Success department after the first payment.
- Maintain professional communication and follow company sales processes.
Salary & Incentives
We offer a transparent,
performance-based compensation structure:
- Fixed salary: 30,000 per month.
- Sales commission: 30% of the first payment successfully collected from each new customer.
- Uncapped earning potential based on individual sales performance.

If you generate 100,000 in successfully collected first payments during a month:
The more successful first-payment sales you generate, the more you earn.
Candidate Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, B2C sales, or consultative selling.
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Experience communicating with customers through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Ability to understand customer needs, handle objections, and close sales.
- Strong follow-up skills and a target-driven mindset.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems and sales reporting.
- Professional, disciplined, and customer-oriented approach.
- Comfortable working from our office.
