*PROJECT ASSISTANT*

*1. JOB SUMMARY:*

We are looking for a proactive and organized Project Assistant to support our project planning, execution, and coordination activities for new Animal Feed Manufacturing units.

*2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:*

*A) Project Coordination:*

- Assist Project Manager in planning project timelines and milestones

- Coordinate between different departments - Production, Purchase, Accounts, and Site Team

- Follow up on daily tasks and ensure timely completion

- Maintain project documentation and files

*B) Documentation & Reporting:*

- Prepare daily/weekly project progress reports

- Maintain records of quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and approvals

- Prepare presentations, meeting notes (MOM), and project proposals

- Handle documentation for bank loan, licenses, and government approvals

*C)



Site & Vendor Management:*

- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers

- Assist in procurement of materials, machinery, and equipment

- Visit project sites if required and update status

*D) Communication & Support:*

- Schedule meetings and coordinate with clients, banks, and government offices

- Provide administrative support to the Director

- Handle email correspondence and follow-ups

*3. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:*

- Education: Graduate in any stream (B.Com, BBA, Diploma/BE preferred)

- Experience: 1-3 years as Project Assistant / Project Coordinator / Office Assistant

- Skills: MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Email writing, Good communication

- Language: Hindi, English, Marathi (preferred)

- Other: Must be organized, punctual, and able to handle multiple tasks
