Job Responsibilities:

- Lead, manage, and motivate the agency sales team to achieve business targets.
- Recruit, onboard, and develop insurance advisors/agents.
- Drive life insurance sales, business growth, and advisor productivity.
- Generate new business through advisor activation, client acquisition, and relationship building.
- Monitor team performance, sales pipelines, and target achievement.
- Provide product training, sales guidance, and ongoing support to advisors.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable IRDAI regulations.




- Build strong relationships with customers and channel partners to improve business performance.

Candidate Requirements:

- Minimum 7 years of experience in the life insurance industry.
- Relevant experience in the Agency Channel is preferred.
- Candidates with team handling experience or solid individual sales performance may apply.
- Good understanding of life insurance products, advisor recruitment, and sales processes.
- Strong communication, relationship management, and business development skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and drive sustainable business growth.
