Experience: Fresher / 1+ year experience in International voice process
Education: High School / Diploma / Graduate
Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)

- Handle customer interactions and provide prompt, accurate technical support.
- Troubleshoot device setup, connectivity and technical issues.
- Understand customer concerns and provide the best possible resolution.
- Investigate, document and resolve customer issues.
- Navigate multiple applications and research solutions efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues.
- Identify recurring issues and share customer feedback.
- Deliver a qualified and positive customer experience.
