- Manage and follow up with existing suppliers.
- Onboard new suppliers and verify their KYC and documents.
- Finalise payment and commercial terms with suppliers.
- Manage inventory and keep stock records accurate.
- Ensure inventory is updated correctly on the website (details, pricing, availability).
- Coordinate with the internal teams.
Preferred candidate profile
- 2 to 5 years of experience in vendor management or inventory, preferably in gems and jewellery.
- Basic knowledge of GST and diamond terminology.
- Valuable communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Languages: Gujarati (preferred), Hindi and English.
