Role & responsibilities :IndusInd Bank is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Emerging Corporates Business Development Manager to drive sales and customer acquisition for its banking products. The candidate will be responsible for generating current business, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire new customers through field sales, networking, and referrals
- Promote and sell banking products such as Current account, loans, credit cards, and insurance
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Cross-sell products to existing customers
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with banking regulations
