We are looking for an experienced Production Operations Engineer to manage and support mission-critical production platforms, ensure system stability, troubleshoot incidents, and improve deployment efficiency.

Work Location: Noida, Sector 60
Work Mode: Work from Office Only
Shift: Night Shift (6pm -3 am)

Working Days: 5 Days a Week
Cab Facility: Not Available

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage production and non-production environments and provide on-call production support.
- Design, maintain, and optimize GitLab CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
- Deploy and manage applications on Kubernetes using Helm charts and Kubernetes manifests.
- Handle PostgreSQL administration, database deployments, migrations, and performance optimization.
- Monitor application and infrastructure performance using Dynatrace.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA),



and implement preventive measures.
- Develop automation scripts and improve operational processes.

Required Skills:

- Robust hands-on experience in GitLab CI/CD, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, and Dynatrace.
- Knowledge of database deployments, Helm charts, Linux administration, and shell scripting.
- Experience in production support, incident management, troubleshooting, and RCA.
- Familiarity with AWS/Azure/GCP and Terraform is preferred.

Experience: 5+ years in Production Support, DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering.
