Key Responsibilities-
Role: Customer Care Executive (Blended International Process)
* Handle customer queries through chat & call support.
* Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customers.
* Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
* Record customer interactions and update details in the system.
* Follow company processes and quality guidelines.
* Work collaboratively with team members to achieve targets.
Eligibility Criteria:
* Minimum 6 months of experience in an International BPO is mandatory.
* Candidates should have good spoken and written English communication skills.
* Comfortable working in a 24/7 rotational shift setting.
* Willing to work from the office in Noida Sector 60.
* Candidates should be customer-focused and comfortable handling both voice and chat interactions.
