We are looking for skilled Mould Fitters and Mould Polishers for our Toolroom team, with hands-on experience in plastic injection mould maintenance, fitting, repair, and polishing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform mould fitting, assembly, disassembly, repair, and maintenance.
- Handle mould polishing, buffing, and surface finishing.
- Work on mould cavities, cores, and inserts.
- Identify mould defects and support troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure smooth moulding operations.
Must-Have Requirements:
- 4-8 years of relevant experience in mould fitting and/or polishing.
- Practical knowledge of plastic injection moulds and mould components.
- Experience with mould repair, maintenance, and finishing techniques.
- Ability to use toolroom equipment and basic measuring instruments.
Preferred: Candidates from home appliances, automotive, consumer electronics, or any plastic injection moulding industry.
