Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Maintenance Engineer to ensure smooth machine operations, minimize downtime, and maintain plant machinery, electrical systems, and utilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance.
- Troubleshoot and maintain transfer molding, compression molding, and extrusion machines.
- Handle PLC programming, troubleshooting, and VFD-related issues.
- Manage utility systems and ensure their smooth and reliable operation.
- Monitor machine performance, minimize downtime, and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain maintenance records, spare parts inventory,



and reports.
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance procedures.

Requirements

- 5-8 years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in rubber or polymer manufacturing.
- Practical knowledge of transfer molding, compression molding, and extrusion machines.
- Knowledge of PLC programming, troubleshooting, and VFD operation.
- Experience in utility maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Valuable problem-solving, coordination, and team management skills.
