Lead and manage a team of Medical Representatives (MRs) in assigned territory.
Develop and execute area-wise sales strategies and promotional plans.
Regularly conduct field visits with team members and provide on-ground training.
Required Candidate profile
Minimum 5 years of experience in pharma sales, with at least 3-4 years as Area Sales Manager.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
In-depth knowledge of pharma sales cycle.
