Job Description

We are looking for a confident and customer-oriented Pre-Sales Caller to handle enquiries for our luxury and ultra-luxury residential projects. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective customers, understanding their property requirements, qualifying leads, and scheduling site visits for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls and follow up on leads generated through digital marketing, property portals, and other sources.
- Understand customer requirements, budget, location preferences, and purchase timelines.
- Explain project details, amenities, location advantages, and key property features to prospective buyers.
- Qualify leads and schedule site visits or meetings with the sales team.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers and update lead status in the CRM.




- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure effective lead management and conversion.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, enquiries, and site visits.
- Deliver a professional customer experience aligned with the premium positioning of the projects.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
- 1-4 years of experience in telecalling, pre-sales, telesales, or customer relationship management.
- Real estate or property sales experience preferred; luxury real estate experience will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Robust follow-up, convincing, and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM software, and lead management.
- Target-oriented, confident, and professional approach.

Preferred Candidate: Candidates with experience in real estate pre-sales, premium residential projects, luxury apartments, and villa sales.
