Role & responsibilities

- Contact customers regarding overdue loan payments and outstanding dues.

- Follow up with customers to ensure timely repayment.

- Explain repayment options and assist customers with payment-related queries.

- Maintain accurate records of recovery calls, customer interactions, and payment commitments.

- Coordinate with the recovery team to achieve collection targets.

- Follow company policies, RBI guidelines, and fair recovery practices.

Preferred candidate profile

- Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate.

- Experience in banking, NBFC, or loan recovery will be preferred.

- Positive communication and negotiation skills.

- Basic computer knowledge and record-keeping skills.

- Ability to handle customer queries professionally and achieve collection targets.
