Hiring: Oracle Cloud HCM Compensation Functional Consultant

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Compensation Functional Consultant to join a leading global organization. In this role, you will lead Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation implementations, collaborate with global clients, and deliver end-to-end HCM solutions across the employee lifecycle.

Required Experience & Skills

- 7+ years of experience in Oracle HCM with expertise across the Hire-to-Retire lifecycle.
- Minimum 2-3 end-to-end Oracle HCM implementations, including at least 2 Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
- Strong functional expertise in Oracle Cloud Compensation.
- Deep understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud business processes, configurations, and data flows.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven experience leading teams, mentoring consultants, and managing project deliverables.
- Ability to work effectively with global clients in a quick-paced consulting environment.
