Role & responsibilities

Perform preventive and corrective electrical maintenance of CNC/VMC machines and other industrial machinery.

- Troubleshoot electrical faults in machine control panels, motors, drives, sensors, switches and wiring circuits.
- Diagnose machine breakdowns and carry out corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Inspect and maintain electrical components, control systems and machine safety circuits.
- Support maintenance of servo motors, spindle motors, VFDs and PLC-based systems.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance as per the maintenance schedule.
- Assist with machine installation, electrical testing, commissioning and repairs.
- Maintain maintenance records, breakdown reports and preventive maintenance checklists.




- Coordinate with production and mechanical maintenance teams to resolve machine issues.
- Follow electrical safety procedures and industrial maintenance standards.

Mandatory Skills

- Hands-on experience in CNC or VMC machine electrical maintenance.
- Experience in preventive and/or corrective maintenance.
- Electrical troubleshooting and breakdown maintenance.
- Knowledge of electrical panels, motors, sensors, switches and industrial wiring.
- Basic understanding of PLCs, VFDs, servo drives and machine control systems.
- Ability to identify faults and restore machine operation safely.
