- Coordinate with government departments, revenue authorities, local administration, and other relevant authorities.
- Handle land acquisition-related activities, land records, ownership verification, and documentation.
- Coordinate Right of Way (ROW) permissions and clearances for power transmission line projects.
- Follow up on statutory approvals, NOCs, permissions, and other project-related clearances.
- Liaise with landowners, farmers, local representatives, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain land records, approval files, correspondence, and project documentation.
- Resolve land-related issues and coordinate with project/site teams for timely execution.
- Prepare regular progress reports and update management on pending approvals and issues.
- Travel to project sites and government offices as required.
