- Hands-on experience with HRMS/HCM platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Workday, Darwin box, Oracle PeopleSoft, or equivalent solutions.
- Robust understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
- Experience n business process re-engineering and HR transformation programs.
- Proven stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication abilities.
- Experience managing vendors, implementation partners, and large-scale technology programs.
- Exposure to large-scale change management and organizational transformation initiatives.
